Autobell Car Wash

I have been a customer of this autobell a couple of times and been satisfied but today I was not! None of my interior windows were wiped down and they seemed very rushed with my car with no other customers behind me or present. When I got home I kept noticing things and almost went back but didn’t want to travel the 25 minutes back. I should’ve taken before pictures, but did not. I was so frustrated when I kept finding dirty spots in my car I just kept grabbing new Clorox wipes without taking a picture.

On July 18, 2026, I visited the AutoBell Car Wash in Summerville, SC, and purchased the top-tier wash and interior cleaning package for $41.99. I normally clean my own vehicles, but I decided to give AutoBell another try. While my vehicle was being cleaned, I took my new floor mats into the waiting area so I could unpack them and have them ready to install once the interior was finished. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I immediately noticed dirt and debris throughout the interior. It barely looked like it had been wiped down. I asked to speak with the manager. While waiting, I tried using one of the vacuums because an employee told me he couldn’t get the vehicle any cleaner. The vacuum had very poor suction and barely picked anything up, even after I tried a different hose. The manager then told me customers weren’t allowed to use the equipment, which I respected, but I pointed out that the vacuum clearly wasn’t working properly. As I continued looking over my vehicle, I noticed they had not moved the front seats to vacuum underneath them. I also saw the rear floor mats were still in place and asked if they were going to remove them to vacuum underneath. The employee told

I paid for the middle of the road type car wash that was around $36. I could’ve done better by myself is an understatement. I want someone else to do it so that I would get a cleaner exterior and then if I did it myself. I had to ask them to vacuum out the back of my SUV. I had to ask them to wipe down the doors where there was visible white stuff all over. I had to ask them to wipe off the mud from the interior of my door jam. I think this is the first time in my life that I did not give someone a tip. There are still crumbs all under my seat. I can see when I open the door. Save yourself some money go to the car wash and vacuum yourself. I’m really disappointed. Then I don’t really care. I attitude was really sad.

I'm pretty much done with this place. I try and give another chance on cleaning but after 5 chances,2 more than I usually do and pointing out what my concerns are,my vehicle still was not cleaned like I think it could be on the inside. I'm not asking for a detail bit when you don't wipe out the door pockets and some other places that are in plain sight, tell me These stuff marks won't come clean with what they use...then change cleaners... and I have to go home and do it all myself the same day...I'm done🤨. I had to redo all the inside myself. Ill just keep doing it. Ok I had no choice but to go back today but I will admit this time they did better. Different people from last time so they did a better jod and had a much better attitude and friendliness towards us.

Staff are always friendly and respectful! They answer all of my neurospicy children’s questions and are gracious of their excitement and interest in their work. I drove past 4 car wash places to come here and will always do that because the experience is top notch!
